It is crucial to find out a person's perceived level of stress, and their current and past states of physical, mental and emotional stressors in order to get to the root cause of their problem(s), and the things that have and are currently impacting their state of health and well-being.

Because we don’t live in a bubble, we are constantly bombarded with environmental stressors, such as allergens, chemicals/pesticides, EMF’s and other external pollutants.
